Penrhyn International

Penrhyn is a worldwide partnership of independent search firms established in 1979, working together to provide the highest standards of service in international assignments. Member firms are leaders in their national markets, and help their clients to meet their international staffing requirements. Penrhyn is a word from the Welsh Language and means “headland” or “promontory”. One of the early members of Penrhyn International lives in a house on the coast of Wales called Penrhyn Castle, and the name was adopted by the group. Members have interpreted “Penrhyn” to mean that we are at the point, or leading edge, of good practice in executive search.
