Responsibilities: The incumbent will manage the entire HR function including Organisation Structuring, Competency Mapping, Career Progression, Performance Management Systems, Defining and Managing cultural transition and HR Process improvements. The incumbent will need to work in coordination with Plant Managers and maintain healthy Industrial Relations. The position would be a strategic partner to the CFO/CEO and to motivate the work force in achieving the ambitious growth plans. Candidate Profile: A full time course in Human Resource/Personnel Management is a must. Experience of 15 to 20 years.
