Location: Western India Reporting Relationship: Executive President & Director and to the Managing Director Company Background: Our client is part of a $ 2 billion Indian group with business interests in Chemicals, Industrial Gases, and Entertainment & Renewable Energy Responsibilities: The incumbent will assume overall responsibility for the site and manage the operations of the various plants in the complex. Oversee manufacturing operations for all plants & create an environment to obtain excellence through implementing quality initiatives. Liaise with the projects department to ensure smooth execution of the brown-field projects. Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Chemical engineering with 20+ years of post qualification experience. Experience in handling a large integrated process plant with sizable employee strength.
