Fund mobilization (working capital, term loan, project finance etc) & must have exposure to innovative methods of raising funds. Plan and direct all investigations & negotiations pertaining to organic and inorganic growth, joint ventures with approval of the Board of Directors. Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience. Good understanding of financial instruments like derivatives. Exposure to create financial systems focused towards a privately held structure. Global funding and innovative financing exposure.
