Mohan is a
Master of Science in Metallurgy & Material Science from the
Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA and a Master of
Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila,
Philippines. He has over 30 years experience in prestigious
companies like TELCO, Kirloskar Services, Ballarpur
Industries and Chemtex International.
He holds
memberships of the following institutions:

– Scientific Research Foundation Inc., Manila
2) Member, Panel of Individual Consultants to the Asian
Development Bank
3) Member, Board of Studies, TAPAI Management Institute,
Manipal

Mohan has
travelled extensively on business to USA, UK, Japan,
Philippines, Germany, France, Vietnam, Slovakia, Singapore,
Malaysia, Thailand, Austria, Hungary and Indonesia. He has
co-hosted and participated in the following international
and national conferences.
1) Co-Hosted
the Indo-Philippine business delegation led by former
President Ramos in Mumbai 2005.
2) Was invited to address the International Banking Summit –
2002, New Delhi on Strategies for Accelerated Growth.
3) Addressed the Annual CEOs Policy Round-table (ACPR) of
the Washington Sycip Policy Centre of the AIM Manila in
March 2001 on “Socially Responsible Investing – A Broader
Look”.
4) Invited to address the “Asia Pacific Executive Forum
Seminar on March 5, 2005 held in Manila by the East West
Centre, Hawaii on “Opportunities and Challenges, Business
Strategies in changing Economic Environment”.
Mohan has been
responsible for setting up a CEO School for an Education
Institute for providing top class MBA program designed by
IIM Ahmedabad. His other noteworthy assignments include
introducing India’s first multimodal Rail transport System –
Road Railer on behalf of The Kirloskar Group and
establishing India’s first Automatic Heavy Forging Plant
from planning to operation in collaboration with Japan &
Germany.
