Biprashish is an MBA (Marketing) from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune and also holds a Masters degree in English Literature from the University of Kolkata. Biprashish started his career in sales with Johnson & Johnson after which he moved on to Glaxo, Modi Xerox and RPG Ricoh. His last assignment for over 7 years was with a leading recruitment firm where he held various profit centre head responsibilities including head of their Consumer & Retailing practice.

Biprashish is also an instructor for ‘The Art of Living’ an International NGO and has been taking various workshops across the country over the last few years.

Mitchelle is a Graduate in Social Work from the University of Mumbai. Recipient of the Dorothy Baker Award, Mitchelle has twelve years of generalist search experience across diverse Industries and functions, but her focus has been fundamentally in Pharma and Healthcare, Chemical, Engineering and Telecom sectors. She has had extensive experience in successfully handling searches in the Finance, Human Resources, R&D, Engineering and Sales & Marketing domains.

Mitchelle has been associated with 3P since 1997. She has moved across varied roles at 3P and currently as Principal Consultant leads a team of Associates and Researchers. Mitchelle leads client engagements and works closely with clients to assist them in their talent acquisition efforts in a consultative capacity. A similar approach is adopted towards advising candidates on progressive career moves.

Her past experience includes working with Kotak Mahindra Finance Limited, Matrix Information (a Kodak affiliate) and ISI, a Euromoney Institutional Investor Co. Having made the move to executive search, over the last few years, Aparna has worked across diverse industries and functions. She has mostly catered to the Engineering, Consulting, Finance and IT Sectors.
