Each search has different requirements and points of emphasis
and we are accordingly flexible in adapting our approach to meet
client needs. In general, however, the search process includes
the following stages.
Briefing – We will work closely with you in order to gain
a clear understanding of your organization, its sector position
(including markets and competition), the position and the
necessary skills and qualifications of the profiles sought.
Position Specification – We will prepare a corporate
profile on your organization along with adequate literature,
position brief and an outline search strategy agreed mutually by
us. This will become the blueprint for the search. Our
experience and intimate market knowledge will enable us to
assess realistic demands and expectations.
Candidate Identification – Potential candidates will be
identified and researched using the expertise of our Database,
Industry Research, Consultants and discussions with informed
individuals for valuables, objective insights on people and
relevant issues.
Strategy Review – We will hold regular review sessions
with you as appropriate in order to detail targeted
organizations and individuals and provide feedback on market
reaction towards your organization and the said position.
Candidate Evaluation – Qualified candidates identified
during the course of the search will be interviewed and
evaluated against the agreed profiles. Whenever possible, we
will also do an informal referencing and qualification checks
for short listed candidates.
Candidate Presentation – We will prepare a detailed
confidential profile for each short listed candidate comprising
biographical data, career and remuneration and a full appraisal
against the specification. We will then schedule the candidates’
Interviews with you.
Facilitating – We will guide and lead the candidate
throughout the interview process. Maintaining a close contact
with you and the preferred candidate at all times so as to
finalize the structure of an attractive compensation package,
and to resolve any issues arising.
Reference Checking – After presentation we will continue
the referencing process and review comments made by referees
with you. Once an offer has been made, further referencing will
be carried out at our end.
Follow-Up – Post appointment, we will maintain contact
both with you and the candidate to help ensure the candidate’s
successful integration into your organization.
