Yvonne Jung-Phielix is Managing Partner of Maes & Lunau Executive Search. She focuses on Consumer Products & Services Sector, the Retail/Fashion Practice, the Healthcare Sector, the Life Science Practice and the Human Resources Practice.

After several years in healthcare and advertising, she began her business career in 1986 with AT&T as Personnel Manager. From 1987, she was a Consultant with Staffpool International, and in 1990 she was appointed Senior Consultant with A.T. Kearney where she conducted major international recruitment and executive search projects.

In 1993 Yvonne joined Ward Howell/Maes & Lunau as Senior Consultant and she became a Partner in 1996. TMP Worldwide acquired Maes & Lunau in The Netherlands in 1999.

Yvonne’s specific experience includes senior management and board level assignments in many industry sectors, including Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Trade, Automation, Banking and Insurance, and Financial and Business services.

Education: Yvonne Jung-Phielix graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a degree in Social sciences.

Languages: Dutch (mother tongue) and fluent in English, German and French.
