Trevor McCormick’s career in executive search consulting started in the early 1990s in the Hong Kong office of KPMG, where he led the executive recruitment practice.  He was the founder of Foster Partners (Asia) in 1999, and is now responsible for the offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Ho Chi Min City.  He was a pioneer in the executive search industry in China.  He has published numerous articles related to the recruitment of managers in China and is a regular guest speaker and panelist at prominent events both in Asia and North America.

Before starting in the executive search consulting profession Trevor held a series of increasingly senior positions in HR, branch management, and sales and marketing with Halifax plc in the United Kingdom.  He was educated at Glasgow University.

Trevor has recruited Country Managers and Regional Presidents for many of the best known names of European and North American industry.  He travels very frequently to Europe and to North America, as well as throughout Asia.
