Roy Hitchman has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since 1992, and is a former Chairman of Penrhyn International. His career in executive search started in 1974, and he founded Roy C Hitchman AG in 1984. Among his clients Roy numbers a significant proportion of Switzerland’s most significant manufacturing and service companies, as well as the Swiss subsidiaries of international companies.

Roy graduated in Chemistry from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. He speaks German, English, and French. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of M.M. Warburg Bank (Schweiz) AG for some years

Before entering the executive search profession Roy worked in sales management for Lurgi AG.
