Piotr Partyga became a Principal in Penrhyn International when ARETES Consultants joined Penrhyn International in 2007.

Piotr graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen in the field of finance and corporate strategy. In Scandinavia he worked for Orkla Media. Back in Poland he developed his career in general management. His biggest managerial accomplishment was the development of the Morliny Group (a meat processing holding with 4,000 employees) into the leading position in Poland.

In 1999 he became an executive search consultant with Ward Howell/Signium International, and in 2003 he started ARETES, creating the first leadership consultancy on the Polish market. In his executive search practice Piotr focuses on positions in general management, marketing, sales, and finance. Piotr speaks Polish, English and Norwegian.
