Piercarlo Sibona is the Chief Executive and founder of Proposte, and has a wide range of experience of senior executive search consulting in Italy and more widely in Europe. He has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since 2006.

He held the position of Director of Human Resources and Organisation for the Ferrero Group for more than 30 years, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Ferrero Italy S.p.A. The Ferrero Group employs approximately 16,000 people, and operates in more than 30 countries. Piercarlo Sibona managed the development of the organization in Italy and internationally, and as board member and Head of HR helped to shape the company over the period of its greatest growth.

Piercarlo is a qualified accountant.

He speaks French in addition to his native Italian.
