Peter Forster has been a Principal of Penrhyn International since joining Roy C Hitchman AG, a member firm of Penrhyn International, in 1994. He has undertaken assignments in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, banking, and insurance.

Peter speaks German, French, English and some Italian. He is a graduate of Höhere Wirtschafts- und Verwaltungsschule, Zürich.

His career includes periods as Head of Human Resources for Coca Cola (Dietlikon), and for Bank Paribas Switzerland. Earlier in his career he worked for Arthur Andersen, and was a teacher and Department Head at Lernstudio in Zurich.
