Mattijs Kropholler is a Managing Partner with Maes & Lunau Executive Search. He has extensive experience in the ICT industry and has mainly worked in large international companies. As an entrepreneur and consultant he has close affinity with and knowledge of concerns which qua size and stages are quite diversified.

Mattijs started his career in 1982 as HR Manager with Philips Telecommunications Industry, which later became AT&T and subsequently Lucent Technologies in Hilversum.

He was also founder of an executive search company, which after his moving to Atos Origin, continued and is still operating successfully in its own niche market.

At Atos Origin he was end responsible for Human Resources where he was exposed to the dynamics of an international concern operating in a difficult and highly competitive market.

From 1997 until 2004 Mattijs led, as Senior Vice President Human Resources, the complex change processes of the worldwide concern Getronics.

Before joining Maes & Lunau Mattijs was a Partner with Holtrop Ravesloot & Partners.

Mattijs Kropholler graduated in 1992 from the University of Leiden in Organisation Sociology. 

Languages: Dutch (mother tongue) fluent in English, German and French
