Klaus Aden has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since 2002. He has 13 years of experience as an executive search consultant and has been recognised for his achievements in the energy & utilities markets and for his experience in the growing field of public-private-partnerships. His search experience covers mainly German speaking countries.
Klaus is one of the co-founders of Lachner Aden Beyer & Company GmbH, a member firm of Penrhyn International. Before becoming a Principal of Penrhyn, Klaus was Partner and Head of the European Energy & Utilities Practice as well as the German Industry Practice of Heidrick & Struggles, based in Düsseldorf.
Klaus speaks German and English. He holds a diploma (Diplom-Volkswirt) and a doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) in National Economics.
