Guy Lang has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since 2001 when Lang et Associés joined Penrhyn International. Guy has been a leading member of the executive search profession in France for more than twenty years, and founded his firm in 1986. He has extensive experience of staffing the most senior levels of companies in the luxury goods, consumer goods, and retail sectors, in France and internationally.

Guy has degrees in Economics and in Commerce, and attended the Advanced Management Program at the University of California, Berkeley. He speaks French and English. 

Before entering the executive search profession held senior Marketing and Division Management positions with Dow Chemical Europe over a period of ten years.
