Francisco Martin has been an executive search consultant since 1999, and a Principal in Penrhyn International since 2004 when he joined Eurogalenus, a member of Penrhyn International. Francisco’s practice has a particular depth and strength in professional services, but in addition he has experience of executive recruitment in a wide range of industries. 

Francisco is a graduate in Law of the Universidad Autonoma, and also graduated from Madrid Business School. He speaks French and English. 

Francisco has been a consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick, Booz Allen, Europraxis and PA Consulting before entering the executive search profession in 1999.
