Cookie McIntyre has been a Principal of Penrhyn International since 2007, when The McIntyre Company joined the network. Her career in executive search began in 1985. Cookie has conducted executive search engagements and demonstrated expertise in the retail, grocery/food service, consumer products and manufacturing industries. From a functional standpoint, her search practice engages Vice President through C-level executive leadership in multiple disciplines to include; marketing, operations, information technology, supply chain, human resources, and finance.

Prior to founding The McIntyre Company, Cookie held executive positions for a prestigious executive search firm based in Columbus, Ohio and a firm in New Orleans, Louisiana, which focused on indigenous industries such as maritime, import/export, energy, and oil & gas.

In recent years, Cookie has been named a ‘Businesswoman On The Move’ by Business First, and has received accolades from the Columbus Dispatch as a ‘Woman Making a Difference’. In addition to that, she is a 2004 recipient of the National Association of Women Owned Businesses Visionary Award.
