In 1986 Bruce
Dingman joined his brother Robert W. Dingman as an executive
recruiter and became President in 1993 of The Dingman
Company. Bruce has been a Principal in Penrhyn International
since 2006, when The Dingman Company became a member of
Penryhn.
Bruce received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell
University and is a Certified Hotel Administrator. He is a
member of Cornell Hotel Society, International Society of
Hospitality Consultants and the National Association of
Corporate Directors. He is also on the Board of Directors
for Open Doors USA and Christian Associates, International.
Prior to joining the company, Bruce spent almost 15 years in
the business world successfully managing business units for
Sheraton, Holiday Inns, Scottsdale Memorial Hospital and
Associated Grocers.
