Artur graduated from University Slaski and built his managerial career around HR Development function inside multinationals operating in consumer goods and telecom industries. Many of solutions he implemented are still used in Central Eastern Europe. His last position was with Polkomtel GSM operator (a Vodafone subsidiary) where he managed training and recruitment department servicing 3.500 employees. At the end of 2003 he joined ARETES.

As all ARETES consultants Artur has a particular interest in good leadership. In his executive search practice he focuses on positions in technology, marketing, sales and production. Artur is certified ICC (International Coaching Community) coach at Master level and member of International Coaching Federation. All coaching programs offered by ARETES consultants are supervised by Artur.
