Anders Borg has been a Principal in Penrhyn International since 1992, and has served as Chairman and Treasurer. Anders is also Chairman of the Membership Committee of the European Council of the Association of Executive Search Consultants, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Association.

With 25 years experience of executive search, he has significant experience in senior level work. His unique specialisation is transnational and multi-country search and he consistently searches in the major industralised countries of the world. His clientele includes some of the world’s best known and most prestigious corporations on both sides of the Atlantic. He maintains a close working relationship with his clients, bringing a high level of enthusiasm and pride to his partnership with them. 

Anders speaks English, French, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian. His academic degrees cover Medicine, Business Administration and Political Science. They also include a specialisation in European Affairs at the College of Europe.
