Corporate Culture: the beliefs, expectations and values shared by all the members of an organisation, and passed down from one generation of employees to another. 

This culture sets norms that define the acceptable behaviour of employees of the organisation.

It’s important for job seekers to understand the culture of an organisation before accepting a job.
