broaden our client base as well as our role in Executive Search
efforts in India and abroad. 3P Consultants Pvt. Ltd. maintains
the key Industrial and Functional expertise that characterizes executive
search at Penrhyn International’s high professional standards,
experienced consultants, extensive Indian and International
coverage, major market focus, effective methodologies,
competitive fee arrangements and proven quality control systems.
We are building our new client initiative on a specialized
industry focus coupled with a local delivery system.
Local delivery can mean the other side of the globe when the
client operations transcend borders, time zones and currencies.

across the globe to respond to client needs.

Our terms of business preclude our approaching potential
candidates from client companies.
Conduct and Delivery of Services
The recruitment and selection of a senior executive is a
management consulting process that requires meticulous planning
and execution. We take great care to identify and evaluate most
capable and qualified executives available, knowing the long
term impact that selection of an executive may represent. Our in
depth process yield results quickly and involve six essential
steps: need analysis, research, candidate development, candidate
evaluation, final assessments, employment negotiations and
confidential antecedent verification.
Infrastructure
We believe that technology is the key driver to our business and
only technology will ensure our leadership position in the
search industry. Since our inception in 1990, we have made
significant commitments in our technical resources. We have been a
paperless office since 1997 and have recently implemented an ERP
for all our business processes, the first in India, which
automates the process of tracking the assignment status at every
stage. Our facilities include a modern office, with state of the
art facilities, equipment and a library.
Professional Fee
We are a retained search firm and our fee and expenses are for
professional services rendered. Payment of our fees is not
contingent upon hiring of one of our candidates and is payable
in three installments (at commencement, on presentation of the
shortlist and on selection). Our fee is a percentage of the
first year’s projected total salary/bonus compensation of each
candidate employed, as described in the letter of employment or
by approved position specification. This fee structure applies
to all candidates hired as a result of our search effort.
Projected total salary/bonus compensation includes base salary,
target and sign-on bonuses and other incentive compensation.
Expenses
We charge direct search related expenses. The client company who
retains our professional services reimburses us for all expenses
incurred by us in connection with an assignment. These expenses
include costs of travel, meals, and hotels associated with the
interviewing and selection process and with visits to client
location, as well as communication costs (office telephone,
cellular and video conferencing), express delivery and any other direct costs
associated with the assignment.
Timing
We believe that every search is unique and the time frame to
complete the search is dependent on various factors. Before
beginning the search we discuss this with our client and arrive
at a mutually agreeable time frame. Typically we target to
complete the search within 6 –8 weeks.
